I can fix as many imperfections in your walls as you would like before I paint.

I can remove cracking and pealing paint and sand any areas on any homes built after 1978. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint layers and in many places require special lead abatement. So really old far gone paint jobs may not be coverable by me.

I wont be happy until you are happy. If somethings not turning out, and you just hate the color (must be before final payment is made, and hopefully before I have applied it to the entire house) I will not be able to cover new paint cost, but I will not add more labor costs, Ill make it right per our contract if you cover the additional paint costs.

Ill Warranty the workmanship on my exterior paint jobs for 2 years. If a defect occurs, such as bubbling or new paint cracking or peeling off that can reasonably be traced to poor surface preparation or inadequate application I will make it right. The paint itself may often have a longer warranty if the the paint fails , such as fading earlier or worse then it was supposed to, I will offer a discount towards reapplication.
