A room or an area at a time, starting from the ground up is sometimes the only way to go. Other times, simply modernizing a space is enough to drastically change the way it feels, Either route you would like to go, I can help. Designing the space can be more fun then using it.

What was once only storage, is now a livable space, and much of that storage capacity was maintained with areas behind the pony wall hidden by paneling sections.
The only thing we did to this room was drywall the ceiling and install Laminated Vinyl Plank Flooring. We used left over L.V.P to cover the concrete footing that was once covered by carpet.

This Kitchen had a non load bearing wall removed, it really opened up.
