All paint jobs come with a 2 year, worksmanship warranty, and the manufacturers paint warranty.

Prep work is included in the Labor bid. That includes: Sanding, Scraping, Caulking. Replacement of missing or damaged siding and trim, everything it takes to give you the cleanest possible paint job. I am also a Carpenter and I won’t charge more for the time I am not painting.

I don’t mark up paint or supplies, you pay what I pay. The labor price we agree on will not change unless you want to change the job. No matter how much longer it takes me I will honor the labor price we agreed on.
